Summary of Benefits

The following is an abbreviated summary of the cover only. The full terms, definitions, exclusions and conditions are contained in the Certificate of Insurance, a specimen of which may be seen upon application of your Agent/Broker

A. Medical Expenses - Up to £5,000,000

Cover for hospital and other medical expenses incurred outside the United Kingdom including other costs for accommodation and repatriation to the United Kingdom

B. Trip Cancellation or Curtailment - Up to £5,000

Reimbursement of travel costs if a trip is cancelled or cut short for various reasons. Other benefits are payable if your trip is delayed for listed reasons

C. Money, Passports & Credit Cards - Up to £2,000

Reimbursement for loss of cash and currency up to £500, passport, travellers cheques or travel tickets up to £750. For fraudulent use of lost credit cards - Up to £750

D. Personal Effects - Up to £2,000

Reimbursement for damage to, or loss of accompanied personal luggage. There is a limit of £300 for any one article or set and for business samples

E. Personal Liability - Up to £2,000,000

Indemnity when you are held legally responsible for injury to other people or damage to their property.

F. Personal Accident - Up to £25,000

Payable in the event of death or serious injury. In respect of children under 18 the death benefit is limited to £2,500

G. Legal Expenses - Up to £25,000

Payment for legal expenses you incur pursuing a claim against another party who has caused you personal injury

H. Hi-Jack - Up to £15,000

Reimbursement of expenses incurred to secure your release excluding random monies.

I. Car Hire Excess Waiver - Up to £250

Reimbursement of any monetary excess you have to pay following damage to a rental car you hired.
