Terms and Conditions

BOOKING TERMS
* Bookings may be made Saturday to Saturday or Wednesday to Wednesday (early or late holidays, any date)
* Accommodation is for up to 4 persons.
* We regret, no pets allowed
* A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before commencement.
* The bungalows must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure and are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
* Only individuals named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the booked bungalow.
*A confirmed booking denotes a contract and you are advised to insure against the possibility of cancellation as you may be liable for the full cost of the accommodation
*We reserve the right to refuse non family block bookings

*Timed central heating between late September and mid May ( or as required by conditions)
