Seagull is a bright and welcoming bungalow with direct access to the large shared garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh Guernsey air. Sliding doors open into the spacious open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area, creating a lovely indoor, outdoor flow.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated oven, hob, fridge with ice compartment, and microwave, ideal for everything from light breakfasts to relaxed evening meals.
The lounge features comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV with DVD player and satellite box, offering a cosy space to unwind after a day exploring the island. Double doors lead from the lounge into the garden, making it easy to step outside and soak up the peaceful surroundings.
There is one double bedroom and one twin, both with charming rural views. The main bedroom enjoys the added luxury of sliding doors that open directly onto the garden, plus a wall mounted flat screen TV with integrated DVD player, perfect for a lazy morning lie in.
The bathroom is modern and fully tiled, with a classic white three-piece suite and a heated towel rail to keep things warm and cosy.
Outside, you can make the most of sunny days and sunsets with sun loungers and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the calm of the shared garden.
An additional fold out bed can be provided for a child under 10 years old at a cost of £30. Travel cots, highchairs, and baby baths are available free of charge.
Parking is conveniently located right outside your private garden. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, are included, as well as linen and towels. We kindly ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
Laundry facilities are available in a separate laundry room for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome pack featuring fresh locally grown flowers, tea bags, coffee, sugar, bread, local butter, milk, and eggs.
