Chancre welcomes you through your own private garden and patio, perfect for unwinding on a sun lounger, firing up the BBQ, and enjoying peaceful al fresco dining in the fresh Guernsey air.
Inside, you will find a well laid out kitchen and lounge/diner with views over the large shared garden. The lounge features double doors that open directly onto the outdoor space, inviting plenty of natural light and a lovely indoor, outdoor feel. Sink into the comfy sofas and enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV with integrated DVD player and satellite channels.
The well equipped kitchen includes a full-height fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, and microwave, giving you all you need for relaxed self-catering.
Chancre has one double bedroom and one twin, each thoughtfully furnished and featuring wall mounted flatscreen TVs with integrated DVD players. The main bedroom enjoys a lovely outlook across the garden, ideal for lazy mornings or quiet evenings in.
The bathroom is designed in a wet room style with a shower curtain, grab rails and a seat, fully tiled throughout and complete with a heated towel rail for added comfort.
For your convenience, there is parking is located directly outside your garden, making arrivals and day trips easy and stress-free.
An additional fold out bed can be provided for a child under 10 years old at a cost of £30. Travel cots, highchairs, and baby baths are available free of charge.
Parking is conveniently located right outside your private garden. All utilities, including Wi-Fi, are included, as well as linen and towels. We kindly ask guests to bring their own beach towels.
Laundry facilities are available in a separate laundry room for your convenience.
Upon arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome pack featuring fresh locally grown flowers, tea bags, coffee, sugar, bread, local butter, milk, and eggs.
